"For me, our cities are 24/7 urban theatrical experiences where continuous unexpected acts happen daily. The street and the surrounding built environment, with their layers, frictions and mutual dependence, play the key role of bringing these acts together as a coherent theatric spectacle, being the stage for people everyday life. ‘Urban Theatre’ represents my research in finding the key relationship and dependence between container and content, aiming to capture frames where they would reciprocally complement each other, unveiling how the built environment can be seen as a stage and/or a curated scenography for people’s everyday activities and emotions."
